Warranty Policy

Product warranty: all our products have a 2-year warranty (except bulbs). Please rest assured. If there is any product failure during the warranty period, please contact us at the first time info@ineffable-lighting.com. Send us the product problems you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will reply within 12 hours. We will communicate specific issues with you. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express transportation) new parts for replacement free of charge (we will provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). In case of poor product contact due to improper early installation, our technical experts will also solve your problem within 12 hours (We strongly recommend that you choose professional lighting personnel for installation).
 
Note: Please understand that product problems caused by man-made damage or natural disasters do not comply with our warranty policy. We are very happy to solve customers' problems because we attach great importance to customers' product experience.
